  1. Any discounts for the hotel? Or the $170 per night the going rate? Also do you know if they offer a shuttle etc. Just trying to figure out total costs, etc.

  2. They’re offering $119/night, I’ll send out the code to all the attendees on Wednesday – we’ll have a block of rooms set aside.

  3. What’s the expected attendance? Are their food options, or we on our own?

I’m a passionate driver and have a nice RV van to cruise in. If I get someone else to join me, I’m making the trek instead of (god forbid) flying. I’m planning on leaving Chicago Tue 6am and its about a 15hr drive. One extra person will results in savings over flying. Its got leather buckets, sofa/bed, dvd and xbox. Let me know if anyone is interested. scottg @ esenge . com

  4. Scott, they have a restaurant in the hotel, and Addison is pretty loaded. We’re providing coffee, water, & sodas all day. I expect we’ll have 30-40 folks in town for the event. 50 is my limit but I’d rather not get there.

  5. Wish I were closer and could attend, but alas, all I can say is “glad to know someone in this industry is actually focused on the business side of it!” Discussing ROI and results is extremely important to give people realistic expectations of a serious SEO/SEM campaign.
